In Italy, it is tradition after a long day of work for friends and colleagues to congregate at the nearest watering hole for a casual walk-around tasting of vermouth cocktails, wine and small bites. These events are knownlocally as “Aperitivo”. Join Chef Alessandro Campitelli and Sommelier Paul Robinson for their version of Aperitivo every Friday at 440 Grand! Each event will be tailored to a chosen vinicultural focus; with a vermouth cocktail to start, followed by a curated progression of wines, antipasto and passed bites. Come relax, sip, taste and leave the work-week behind!

THIS WEEK: The gents dive into the Organic and Biodynamic wines of France and Italy, served alongside a seasonal bounty of local organic antipasto and passed bites.
