Considered to be the very heart and soul of Italian cuisine, the countryside of Emilia Romagna offers a bounty of local dishes and native ingredients. Follow the A-1 north of Florence and a world of historic culinary traditions emerge. From the prosciutto in Parma, the balsamico in Modena, or the charcuterie from Bologna, Emilia holds a prominent place in the culture of Italy. On the evening of Friday May 31st, Chef Alessandro and Sommelier Paul will present an immersive dining experience into this prestigious region, with 4 courses paired alongside 8 distinct wines.



“Modena, Parma & Piacenza”

Fried gnocchi, crescentine, borlenghi accompagned by coppa piacentina, mortadella spuma(foam) and grana padano crisp, prosciutto crudo finished with Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale
