Ranging from mineral-driven whites to dry and expressive reds, to the sublimely sweet, the Loire Valley is home to one of the most diverse and unique portfolio of grapes and wines available to wine-lovers today: Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Muscadet, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and the list goes on. These wines display purity and are the very definition of "enlightened winemaking". By embracing organic and biodynamic viticulture, the winemakers of the Loire craft beautifully balanced and nuanced wines which are perfect for pairing with food. Join me for a deep-dive into this incredible region with 9 distinct wines, representing the major regions and styles.

This class will be held at Perch Coffee House on 440 Grand Avenue. Metered street parking is available (meters shut off at 6PM) and there is some residential parking in the area. Please leave a little time to find a spot. Doors open at 5:30PM, so feel free to come in and ask for Paul.
