Many of you have expressed interest in a class devoted entirely to the region of Tuscany - from CHIANTI to BRUNELLO, AREZZO, VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO, and the eponymous LIVORNESI coast, the wines of Tuscany are well-known and in abundance. 

Introducing a tour of the geography, soils, history and winemaking in Tuscany through a curated tasting of 8 wines and a light spread of anitpasto. This class will share a direct light on the Sangiovese grape, its biotypes, and some of the multi-generational practitioners who have adopted this ancient grape as their own. Learn about the evolution of quality in Chianti and Montalcino, championed by a handful of devoted winemakers dedicated to preserving history while not sacrificing quality and more! Join me in saluting Tuscany.


I will be pouring the wines of Chianti, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Arezzo/Cortona and the IGT's inaland and along the Tuscan Coast. 


Imported Cheese, Salumi, Olives, House-made Jams, Bread, Crackers and other items prepared by a local chef and baker.
